Within these recent roles, Nate has been tasked with a variety of circumstances and situations. He has managed an accounting team of seven accountants. He has assisted with the closure of a division and even the dissolution of another company while seamlessly working with a chief restructuring officer. He has led and supported the implementation of new accounting software, credit insurance, and using a PEO.

Nate has provided oversight and solutions to a wide array of client requests.  Such examples include providing an annual valuation, preparing detailed budgets, managing complete audits, transitioning banking relationships, preparing monthly financials, presenting at board meetings, approving benefit packages, reviewing and renewing insurance policies, establishing accounting policies and procedures, and actively participating on executive teams.

Previously, Nate led an organization as the CFO and Vice President of Business Operations for nearly a decade.  The organization was a conglomerate of construction companies that experienced double digit growth for five straight years.  That specific experience included five acquisitions, the creation of two satellite offices, establishment of two startup companies, expansion of office and warehouse space, and everything else that goes along with fast paced growth.  

Nate brings a balance of experience as noted above and education given his CPA license and MBA. As such, he is equipped with the appropriate knowledge and tools to be a successful fractional executive CFO. He can provide impactful solutions to complex problems and communicate technical but necessary information effectively.

On a personal note, Nate’s favorite role is being an active husband and father; coaching various sporting teams, supporting many school programs, and helping lead a church youth group. He even finds time to play an occasional round of golf given his love and talent for the game.
