Jessie Potterton brings a wealth of experience in human resources to the Altus CXO team. Jessie partners with organizations to refine systems and processes. From crafting performance management frameworks to designing compensation structures that drive results, she improves every client’s organizational effectiveness. She helps them define their mission and values, nurture talent through leadership development, facilitate seamless onboarding experiences, create and refine job descriptions, and optimize organizational structures.

Jessie is a trusted advisor during times of challenge and opportunity. She has supported agtech firms through significant workforce reductions and led other agriculture-based organizations through the overhaul of compensation systems and implementation of new career-path systems. Her commitment to a trust-based workplace culture ensures teams are equipped to embrace evolving processes and modifications seamlessly.

Jessie holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Outside of Altus CXO, she enjoys time with her family (particularly running around after her three energetic boys), catching up with friends, and spending time with the animals on her family farms. She even tries her hand at golf, and enjoys working on improving her game.
